I see this has been brought up before: you can assign an article to only one section. Our organization would definitely benefit. Are you considering implementing such feature?

Hey Michael. We haven't really considered it yet. Allowing for redundant information, especially with auto-suggestions in Tender could complicate things from a users perspective. We'd have to make a few adjustments to even begin to make it possible. As it stands right now it's not something we've worked on.

I'd appreciate some details on your use-case, how you want to handle articles in your knowledge base area, so we can understand better.

    Thanks.

    Hi Will,

Ah yes - I cab see how multiple auto-suggestions would arise.

As for our use-case, we offer continuing education programs and courses
(assessing Tender for now) and for questions about, say, "library access",
we find that the answer would belong under multiple categories: "for
prospective students" and "for existing students" in this case.

    +1

We use separate categories for each of our products. There are certain KB articles that apply to all 3 of our products.

Currently we are creating redundant articles so that each category contains the relevant info. Being able to assign an article to multiple categories would be ideal.
