Lighthouse to Tender notification
Our support staff receive bugs and feature requests from our web apps, we attach tickets to lighthouse to the dev team and then need to notify the user that requested it when the bug / feature is released, isn't there something that can be done so that lighthouse posts something on the tender discussion so the mail triggers will go off and the watches from tender get notified of the fix. I know we can add the person to be a watcher in LH, but that'll require them to have LH access, plus logging in and adding him self, them filter our the progress messages going on in the dev team so for many tickets a week, getting emails from all is just no good (for the support staff).
I dont know, something like tender to LH does when you add a discussion to a existing ticket that just says "Assigned to Tender discussion #X", this could say, "Lighthouse status update: resolved/invalid/ what ever"

Right now that doesn't exist. We've thought about it before, and there are several possible ways it could be done. Request level hasn't been high though. Right now, you have to update the discussion manually.

Are there any serious plans for this? Doesn't seem like a very complicated task ^^

It's not on the current roadmap of things we're working on.
