Importing to Tender: Knowledge Base Articles
Hi. Wondering if there is a way to use the "Importing to Tender" option to import my knowledge base articles and categories from my current system?

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

Hey Chad. We don't currently have an import system for the knowledge base. A few people have done some custom imports with the API but haven't released the code, not that I know of at least. We do hope to offer it in the future, but right now it's build your own import or set them up manually.
