Hi Guys!

I was wondering if you've ever thought about including a feature which marks conversations that users are having as unimportant, or "doesn't concern us" or something. A lot of times people naturally start using the tender a little more like a forum, so it seems like it would be nice to have a way to remove these kinds of conversations from the pending queue.

Thanks!

    Eliza,

You can try using the acknowledge update button within the discussion. This takes it off the pending queue until the next reply, but leaves the discussion open. I don't think we'll ever offer a 'ignore in perpetuity' option because of the chance the conversation moves back to a point where a customer is again asking a support staff member a direct question.
