Update discussion when ticket is closed
Any chance you can add a public update to the discussion when a
ticket is closed?
Would be great to notify customers automatically that their bug is
fixed.

Gary,
You can make a public comment, but it will re-open the discussion. You can just close it immediately again though.

I don't want to have go through all my tickets and have to make the comment myself though hence the requirement to have tender make a comment when the ticket closes.

Oh I'm sorry, I misunderstood. You mean when you have a lighthouse ticket associated with a tender discussion? That is something we've gotten a few requests for and are exploring ways to potentially enable that as a feature in the future. I have no timeline or ETA for that though.

Very confused now. You can do that already. I associate tender discussions
with lighthouse tickets tickets all the time as do you guys. That's been a
feature for along time.
That's not what I am asking for.

Gary,
We are obviously not on the same page today! I meant that when you close a lighthouse ticket, it does not then go post a comment into the attached tender discussions alerting anyone who was watching the tender discussion that the lighthouse ticket has been resolved. Is this what you are referring to?
If so, like I said is something we've gotten a few requests for and are exploring ways to potentially enable that as a feature in the future, but I have no timeline or ETA for that though.
If this isn't what you mean can you please elaborate some more?
Thanks .
