Public Discussion Area: Providing links to specific comments
Hey guys,
I'm just forced to use your product "Tender Support" as it is
used by mekentosj.com as their primary support platform.
Now, there is one thing, I would like to see in your product (or
have it easier to access, if it should be there already), and that
is
the ability to provide links to specific comments in specific
threads/discussions as a customer. When I face another customers
question whose solution is given somewhere else, I would like to
have the possibilities to comment that question and provide a link
to the helpful discussion or a specific comment in that discussion,
since some of them will not be helpful as a whole.
