Tender App & Rapportive
If you are a gmail user there is a pretty slick package called rapportive (http://rapportive.com) that provides a sidebar about the email you are looking at with information about the person (recent tweets, public profiles, etc.)
Out of the box it's pretty nice but I thought it would be really handy if it included support information so I whipped this up

It's a URL to a custom 'raplet' -- After you install Rapportive you can add custom raplets by going to http://rapportive.com/raplets -- Select the 'custom' one and enter the URL above (replace with your site name and with your authkey)
Now whenever you get a email from a customer you can see his support history in the sidebar -- Pretty handy (Right now it just shows how many total support tickets and the the breakout of open/closed for the person) -- I'll probably play around a bit to make it look a little nicer (and of course let me know if you want anything added)
Use if for good, not evil -- Beyond that have fun and let me know what you think.

John -- great to see the Raplet! That's exactly the kind of thing we imagined people would use it for. I'll get in touch with the Tender folks and see if it's something they want to take in-house.

Hi Rahul,
I had sent a link to a earlier version to Martin -- At first I was hosting it on my own site but it wasn't ideal as I had to use my online store to get the https access. I ported it to app engine over the weekend and gave it a (slightly) less insane URL.
btw, pretty happy with Rapportive. It's really helped streamline customer support and the add on system is pretty easy.
