Just testing your Auto-Suggests Feature

How does your auto-suggest feature work? Will it just parse my subject and text here to see if other users have already asked this question publically. I imagine if it matches text from a public question or FAQ article, it will show it to me before asking if I want to create the discussion or open a ticket.
