"...here to listen to your issues."
Hi team,
I would like to suggest to make it possible to change the text above the Support User avatar list to something a little more on brand for us.
It would be great if we could specify our own text there rather than "... here to listen to your issues." - In British English, and Australian vernacular it sounds reallllllllly condescending. It's a localisation thing.
Thanks
Rob

Hah, it's a little condescending in American too. What were you thinking?

:-) I was thinking something like "Just some of our friendly support team.." kind of tone, rather than focussing on "You've got issues" lol

Rob,
Just to let you know, we've changed the copy to "Our team is here to help". Thanks for bringing this up, we agree that the tone of the original copy was condescending. I hope that's closer to the sort of thing you had in mind.
Regards,
-hobson
