Permission-based access
One of the features that is critical to our company is that certain users only have access to certain information within the knowledge base. If you enabled permission-based access that would be a phenomenal feature that would immediately win our business.

Unfortunately it is not in our immediate pipeline to add this feature. We do have a ticket open for this though and I've assigned it to this discussion so we can update you here if we make any changes on that front.
