Table headers could use a little right padding
See the first table at http://support.opendining.net/kb/api-reference/menu-items -- the headers don't have any right padding, so long headers smash together. "REQUIRED" and "DESCRIPTION" appear like "REQUIREDDESCRIPTION" - which is not ideal.
I know I can fix it via custom CSS, but I figure you guys are shooting for a good, sensible default that doesn't require custom CSS to look good.
