Ability to customize message on start a discussion page
It would be immensely helpful if I could customize the message that shows on the Start a discussion page so that I could provide additional instructions for users. I imagine it would work identically to the way that I can customize the message on the home page.

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac
