Full HTML Customization
You can get a ways with custom CSS, but for those of us who want to closely tie our support system into our website, full HTML control is a must.

Unfortunately this is not likely to happen for the hosted version — it makes supporting the product extremely difficult on our end. Things that are on our roadmap (no ETA) that may help out:
In the meantime if there's a specific problem you're running into that we might be able to workaround with some modification of the current HTML, let me know.

Custom HTML header & footer might do the trick.

I've just started the trial period Tender looks fantastic so far. The custom HTML header and footer is the only thing that I'd need to have before switching my company over.
I probably shouldn't say this, but you should definitely charge more than $49/month for the middle tier.

OK, I've worked around this by putting the site within a frame and my site's header frame at the top. However the only sticking point is that the Go-to-sitelink link is opening within the subframe.
May I request that the go-to-site link be given a target of _top?

Guys - what's the time line on customizable header and footer?

I couldn't tell you right now. Unfortunately this is one of those extremely bug-prone features, and I'd like to postpone it until we've nailed down a few other bugs that are lingering in the system right now.

I know what it's like trying to nail everything down ... I think you guys are off to a great start! The custom HTML header & footer will be a huge plus for us when it comes along (the user experience is a little confusing at the moment) ... but we'll keep using your guys while we wait. It's a very nice to have ...
