Please remember sort/filter settings in admin dashboard list views

User action:

1. Go to admin dashboard Pending/All discussions/Spam
2. Sort content differently than default e.g. filter to a category
3. Click on a result after sort updates
4. Hit the back button to return to the list

Expected result:

List sorting is unchanged

Actual result:

List sorting reverts to default, despite settings remaining as set in 2. This means to get the same settings I need to change the settings twice — once to something different, then back to what they were.
