Reply field to remain visible
Often when you're answering a question, you want to be able to read back the question as you're typing it. A great way to do this would be to make the reply textarea sticky to the bottom of the page, so when you scroll up to read back the question, you can continue answering it.

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

I like this idea! I will make a ticket to see if we can get the devs to get that working.
