Re-assign support staff withOUT un-assigning first
I like the new functionality where there is a maximum of one assigned support person. It would be even better if you could simply re-assign a support person without the extra step of un-assigning the existing one first.

Hi Galen,
Thanks for the suggestion. The current system doesn't confuse users into thinking they assigned discussions to more than one person by requiring an un-assign step before assigning to someone else. I can see how we could save a couple clicks, though, by allowing a change.
We'll keep an eye on how users are interacting with this new feature, and if we feel we can skip the un-assign step without causing much trouble, we'll very likely make a change.
