Disable Knowledge Base comments

Hi there,

I'm wondering if there's a way to disable Knowledge Base comments from users? Or, if there's some way to notify them that they haven't actually submitted a question for a person to see, like a 'thanks for your feedback, do you want to open a ticket at this link to talk to support staff' message? That's the real problem. We only really look at the comments as a whole a few times a year at best, and I notice that many people are asking questions that should get a response from support staff. I guess another solution could be to make KB comments automatically create their own discussion thread.
