How do I assign discussions to Support Staff?
Queues can serve several functions. One really cool use is to utilize queues to assign discussions to specific Support Staff members.
Step 1:
Go to your Tender Support sites admin

Step 2:
Go to Manage Custom Queues at the bottom of the left sidebar

Step 3:
Create the queue for the Support Staff member.

Step 4:
Either have the Support Staff member subscribe to the queue with email (You can also do this for them from the Member Management area)

OR have them click the thumb tack icon on their queue for a sticky of the in on their Tender dashboard.
