To cancel a subscription or ask for a refund, use the app itself or your phone's app store:
- Android (Google Play): Cancel, pause, or change a subscription on Google Play and Google Play refund policies
- iPhone or iPad (App Store): Cancel a subscription from Apple and Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple
