Setting up forwarding (generic)

Please be sure to read setting up email first.

Pretty much every email system allows forwarding of emails. We cannot provide detailed instructions for every system, but we will be happy to assist you if you are having difficulties finding this setting. If you are part of a company that has dedicated technical staff, you can contact them to setup the forward, they should be able to do that for you.

Additionally, if you are using a mainstream provider, and you would like us to write a detailed tutorial, drop us a line as well and we'll do our best to add it to our list of supported providers.

About the + sign

If you ended up here, chances are that you are trying to forward your support address support@company.com to its Tender secret address tender2+cXXX@tenderapp.com. Some systems do not accept addresses with a + in them. If you are in this situation, simply replace the + with a dot .. Tender accepts both configurations.
