Campfire

Campfire webhooks will notify you directly in your chat room of new discussions, comments and queue updates.

Step 01

To setup a Campfire hook, go to your Account & Settings tab and select Extras from the drop down. On the following page in the left sidebar under the Advanced section, select Webooks and click Create a webhook.

Step 02

Next, select what you want you want the webhook to send.

Step 03

Then, select Campfire from webhook options.

Step 04

Last, enter your Campfire information and API Key and click Save webhook

That's it! You'll now receive Tender updates in your Campfire room.
