Markdown bug

There seems to be a bug in your Markdown parser. Nested lists result in the second level list being treated as a code block instead of as list item. For example:

1. Foo

Second paragraph

2. Bar

* One

* Two

Second paragraph

This also applies to subsequent paragraphs that follow those list items (the second "second paragraph" in the example).

(Needless to say it's a bit embarrassing when the support website of the guy who makes one of the oldest variants of Markdown can't properly parse Markdown.... ;) So hopefully this can be fixed before any of my users notice it.)

Thanks!

Fletcher

    Looks like spacing was stripped out?

    Here it is again with Markdown turned on

    1.  Foo

        Second paragraph

    2.  Bar

        *   One

        *   Two

        Second paragraph

    FYI,

    The email message I received looks like it stripped the blank lines from the Markdown sample, which would naturally change the interpretation.

    Just in case, here it is on BabelMark 2:

    https://johnmacfarlane.net/babelmark2/?normalize=1&text=1.++Foo%0A%0A++++Second+paragraph%0A%0A2.++Bar%0A%0A++++*+++One%0A%0A++++*+++Two%0A%0A++++Second+paragraph
