How do I upgrade/downgrade my account?
If you wish to upgrade/downgrade your account, the account owner will need to go to Account & Settings in the dashboard page and select Plans & Billing from the drop-down list.
Note: Only the account owner can make changes to the plans. The existing account owner can select a new owner. Our billing staff is unable to select a new plan for you - all changes must be made through the Plans & Billing page.
