Knowledge base feedback

I don't think this is currently possible, but it would be a great addition for our team -

Currently, when a customer rates a knowledge base article badly, they're able to leave feedback. This is great.
However, we'd like to be able to amend the text that reads -
"Do you have any feedback about this article? (optional)".

We're currently seeing that when articles are rated badly, the feedback provided is generally a support request, rather than feedback on the article itself. A recent example is feedback that simply states "I want to talk to someone to get this resolved".

Ideally, these support requests would be sent to us for troubleshooting.
If we could amend the text above the feedback box, we could include a link for customers to get in touch with us directly.
