Hey Chris,
Try doing a password reset from http://crowdflower.tenderapp.com/forgot_password and entering your email address.
It will kick an email to you with a link to get into your profile. After resetting your password, continue to http://crowdflower.tenderapp.com/dashboard and the proper instructions for setting up you account should be there.
If you have any issues with that, please let me know and I'll hop under the hood again and take a look. In the meantime, we're going to investigate why the signup did not go through correctly.

So the issue was I created the crowdflower account saying
[email blocked] was the administrator and than signed up with
[email blocked]. Once signed in when I tried to access the
admin panel it would ask for me to sign in again. Finally if I did
sign in as [email blocked] it would just display the login
page with no info... I had to logout as [email blocked] and
than sign in as [email blocked].
Is there any way to rename the [email blocked] account to
[email blocked]?
Chris

Hey Chris, I just renamed the user email to [email blocked] and set the owners account to [email blocked] as requested. You can disable the old user in the member management area once you are in your admin.
Please try logging in with [email blocked] now and make sure everything looks ok. You may have to do an additional password reset, but it should work since I just swapped out the fields.
Let me know if that works right for you.

Works great, thanks Will!!
While I've got you around, I was wondering what the status was with
web hooks? I've seen a lot of discussion around creating a more open
API. Some generic web hooks when an email get's placed in certain
queues would be super helpful for me. Basically when certain emails
come in I want to post the data to my servers so that I can add some
helpful links to the email and then send it back to tender. Web hooks
could also make it possible to hook up to other ticketing systems...
just leave the logic of creating tickets in a foreign system up to the
person processing the post from the web hook :)
Thanks!

I can't give an official status, but I can tell you they are next on the list. Rick set web hooks up as a main priority recently and he's pretty keen on getting them in as soon as possible. I just can't give an official ETA without talking to him though.
We're going to add a blog post soon with our planned out road map, and create discussions for each item so users can comment, give suggestions, etc.
