Non-paid members are accessing our TenderApp
I use TenderApp as a private members-only forum where paid users can ask questions about programs they are enrolled in. Currently, I have a tab in CustomerHub that has the direct link to access TenderApp (bypass link). The tab in CustomerHub is only visible to PAID members (I use certain permissions). I also use CustomerHub to offer a free course. A non-paid member just started a discussion within TenderApp. She has a CH account b/c she signed up for the free course within CH. I checked her permissions in Infusion and CH and she doesn't have access to anything BUT the free course.
My tenderApp is currently in private mode and the link to access is not visible. How is this possible? How did a non-paid member get access and start a discussion? Was she given the direct link to my TenderApp and because she has a CH account (for the free program), she can access the discussions?
When I looked at my users in TenderApp there were about 40 other people with access that shouldn't have access. Can you please explain how this happened since its in private mode and users must be invited?
Is there a way to hide the option of inviting others?
Do I need to manually create the users instead of bypassing with SSO in CH?

I don't want it to seem like I'm passing the buck, but have you raised this issue with CustomerHub? They handle all the issues with SSO between CH and Tender. If so, can you provide the email address of the person you've contacted, so that I can add them as a watcher on this discussion? We'll get this figured out. Don't worry!

I spoke with the user- she said she clicked the "help" button at the top right corner in CH and it took her to TenderApp. I unchecked the box in CH settings to have a link at the top right hand corner in CH that linked to Tender.
Problem fixed.
However, is there a way to disable users from "inviting others" in tender?

If your Tender is set to private, the only users that are able to access it are the users you've specifically invited (or that are able to log in via SSO from CustomerHub). I'm not sure how CH has your SSO set up, if it is passing through the credentials of any user on your CustomerHub account to Tender, or if there are certain restrictions of whose credentials they pass through to Tender. Like I said earlier, CustomerHub is responsible for troubleshooting issues related to single sign-on between CH and Tender, so I would recommend raising your question on their help site. We're happy to help and to provide any information needed by CustomerHub to resolve your issue.
