Editing echo templates

There used to be a link in line with the process of choosing an echo template that would let you change it. I can't find a link to that section now.

   Hi,

   Are you talking about the process of selecting which Echo to use? Or the link that allows you to edit/create an Echo?

   You can find Echos at http://helpdesk.dailykos.com/settings/echo_templates. Let us know if this is not what you were wanting to find.

   Yes, that was what I was looking to find. Is there a link that I overlooked or do I have to remember that and type it in now?

   You can create new Echos from past support responses (should see the option between Edit and Remove on the support comment), but otherwise, yes, you'd need to go to that link to create a new Echo.

   It used to be that right in the reply box it was easy to edit an existing echo, something I did all the time. That link is gone now, for no apparent reason, and I miss it.

    It was removed when we made recent changes to the Echo feature to make it auto-complete. I'll check and see why and we'll let you know if we return the link.

    The sad thing is that to find this link again, I had to dig it out of the email thread. It would be fine (and actually better) to have it just in the admin side navigation.
