How to create a Knowledge Base section

Knowledge Base Sections are intended to help you organize your site articles. There is no limit on the number of sections you can create, however you cannot create sections within other sections.

How to create a section

From the Pending Dashboard, click on the "Knowledge Base" link in the admin navigation.

Click on the "Manage Sections" link at the bottom of the "Sections" area in the left-hand sidebar. You can use alphanumeric and common special characters in your section name.

Beta/Important Sections

You can also restrict your sections, and the articles within, to only be visible to your Beta/Important users.
