Troubleshooting Email Problems
The Tender Email Settings page displays the current status of your email configuration. By default, Tender will send periodic heartbeat emails to test the delivery system. If these emails aren't processed by Tender in a reasonable time, an error is shown on the dashboard.

Common problems include:
- DNS problems that prevent Tender Support's mail system from delivering to the given addresses.
- Incorrect forwarding destination.
- Typos in the email address.
File an issue with us if you have any questions.
It is suggested that you add email filters to pass these heartbeats to Tender, without impeding your email workflow. You can also disable the heartbeats completely if you wish.
